Here's the low-down

2020 hasn't been easy on anyone, it'd be fair to say, it's been pretty sh*t...

This is where we come in.

At CAP we believe that being active, getting out with friends and meeting new people is essential to our mental health and physical well-being.

We've set up 'Men's Well-being Sessions' every Saturday morning for the month of November, these sessions are all about participation, getting out in nature, meeting new people and experiencing something new. 

If you know of a friend, brother, son, father or husband that's going through hard times, these sessions will be ideal for them to get a new perspective and change of environment to help with their state of mind.

What you need to know...

Sessions will be commencing every Saturday morning during the month of November.

9:00am - 12:00pm

Sessions are 3hrs long
(2hrs of riding, 1hr of socialising)

Turn up 15 minutes prior (8:45am)
