At Christchurch Adventure Park we take the current market conditions seriously.
We want to reassure customers that we have put measures in place to ensure their and our staffs health and wellbeing.
We have installed hand sanitizers which are located in each building: Guest Services, Retail Shop, Cafe and at the bottom and top lift stations. We encourage customers to use these as much as necessary.
Our staff are actively cleaning all surfaces on a much more frequent basis. This includes all door handles, touchpads, lift safety rails, tables, chairs, lockers and eftpos machines.
Our bikes, helmets and zip equipment are disinfected after every use and washed thoroughly at the end of each day.
All staff have been briefed and are aware of our procedures. Any staff with flu or colds have been stood down and no staff have been overseas within the last 14 days.
