The whole of New Zealand moved into RED on the Traffic Light (Covid-19 Protection Framework) System on 24th January 2022.
Under this setting CAP require:
- Guests (aged over 12 years and 3 months), who use our facilities (Café, Retail Shop, Guest Services, Chairlift, Toilets, Zipline and Lessons) to provide proof of vaccination with their My Vaccine Pass. Pass holders should have had their CAP passes updated accordingly, but if not, please visit Guest Services before you use the lift.
- Guests (aged 12 or over) to wear face coverings in our buildings and lift line, while loading and unloading the lift, and when in close proximity to our staff (including at times during zipline and guided mt bike activities). From 3 February face coverings cannot be scarfs, bandanas or buffs.
- Guests to adhere to limitations around distancing and maximum numbers allowed inside buildings, and on our chairlift.
- As a hospitality venue our café will be operating under restrictions – including having guests seated and separated. Our team will come to serve you!
