Do I need to make a reservation for the experiences?

Reservations are advised for the Zip Tour and Bike Lessons, especially in the Summer Season. Bookings can be made online or by calling Guest Services. Lift passes do not need to be reserved, they can be purchased online before arriving at the Park to save time but you will still need to pop into Guest Services to have your photo taken and pick up your pass.

 

Can you ride the trails when the park isn’t open?

Sorry guys the trails are closed unless the park is open or stated otherwise.

 

Do you have to pay to come into the Park?

It is free to enter the Park and enjoy the stunning village and uphill walking trail. You can even come down the lift for free!

 

Are e-bikes allowed in the Park?

You are welcome to ride your e-bikes in the Park, however we are unfortunately not able to allow e-bikes on the chairlift with the battery installed for safety reasons.

 

WHAT CLOTHING IS SUITABLE FOR THE ZIPLINE?

Closed toed shoes are required. We recommend you wear comfortable, weather appropriate clothing. Please note, it is advisible to bring an additional layer than you think you need, it can get chilly up there!

 

ARE CHILD CARRIERS ALLOWED ON BIKES?

Unfortunately due to riding style and safety conditions at the park it is not permitted to have children on the bike with you. This includes cycle trailers.

 

ARE PASSES TRANSFERABLE?

No, passes are non-transferable. This is due to your pass holding your photo, personal medical and emergency information this cannot be used by another person.

 

CAN I SMOKE IN THE PARK?

Smoking of any kind is not permitted within the park. This includes Vaping and E-Cigarettes. 

 

CAN I bring my baby on the chairlift in a baby backpack?

Sorry, but due to safety reasons all people using the chair must be over 1 meter tall and be able to self load.

Are dogs allowed in the Park?

Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the Park.
