Intro to pumping and getting that body active on the bike
Session Two Objective
Cornering, pumping, and trail scanning. Special focus on rough and rocky corners, what can be rolled over, when to adjust your line
Recap cornering and introduce the pre-turn for tighter corners.
Into to summit connector and the flying nun, what to expect, and dealing with other riders
Choosing gears on varied terrain, trail braking, and trail scanning
Session Three Objective
Bike control and having it move around more on varied terrain
Keeping the bike moving and maintaining balance on difficult terrain.
Choices in line and consequences
Recap cornering and line choice on Loess
Dealing with roots and other obstacles
Line choice, and body position
Braking for control and maintaining grip
