Alert Level 2 update

CAP will reopen at Alert Level 2. Please bear with us as we adapt our operation to meet the new Covid-19 guidelines. Below are the measures that we are putting in place to ensure all guests stay safe and healthy.

Contact Tracing

We will have staff at the gate who will take all customer details so that we can contact trace, if required.

We will be managing numbers into the park to ensure guest safety. We want to get this right and make sure everyone is safe.

Tickets

Tickets will be issued from our Guest Service windows.

2metre distancing in the queue will be required.

LIFT Management

2m distancing is required at the lift line. Our staff will be managing this to ensure guests are appropriately distanced from other customers. Please bear with us as the lift line is likely to be longer than normal.

We will be cleaning every chair each rotation of the lift. This includes the entire chair and safety bar.

Bubbles can go up on the lift together e.g Families can ride one chair together.  Where there are individuals we will put two per chair at either end of the chair. Customers who would prefer a chair to themselves please talk to the lift operator who will be happy to assist.

CAFE

We will be moving to a seated table service at the cafe.

Please see a staff member on the door when you arrive and they will direct you to a table.

One of our cap crew will come and take your order and we will serve you at the table. Counter service is unavailable at Alert Level 2.

ZIP TOURS

Guests and Staff on the zip tours will be required to wear protective gear (face masks) while loading and unloading of the zipline.

CLEANING

All common surfaces will be cleaned regularly. Particular focus will be paid to the Chairs on the lift to ensure these are cleaned every rotation.

Toilets, door handles, bikes, protective gear, zip trolley's and harnesses  will be sanitised after every use. We highly recommend that customers bring or use their own helmets.
