Zipline Guide
Positions:
Part-Time (Tues, Wed and Friday) | Full-Time (60-hour fortnight minimum)
Start date between the 15th and 18th of November

We are looking to recruit a number of zip guides to join our team for the summer season.
You will be a people person who interacts well with guests and is happy to have a bit of banter along the way. You will be supportive and encouraging of guests who may be uncomfortable facing heights and will always ensure the guests best interests are met.
While being a great people person you will have a strong attention to detail and ensure the health & safety of our guests, colleagues and yourself.
Requirements
- A minimum of six months previous work experience in customer-facing roles and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to speak confidently in-front of large groups essential.
- Ability to keep a clear head under pressure.
- Proven ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
- Willingness to work outdoors in challenging physical conditions for extended periods.
- Knowledge of the local area.
- Passion for the outdoors.
- Mature outlook and professional manner.
- Previous experience in high ropes and/or rock climbing advantageous but not essential.
- First Aid experience advantageous
- Can-do attitude
- Must be willing & able work evenings, weekends, and public holidays regularly.
